The largest of the Blue Sage dwellings, No. 1 has a lofted king bedroom with an en suite bathtub nook and a private balcony overlooking the Texas hills. The main floor boasts a bedroom with two twin bunk beds designed for children, a kitchen with cooking essentials, a dining room and living room with books and board games. The bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, a flush toilet (people ask), a generous vanity, a mirror, and heated tile floors.
Other amenities include: efficiency kitchen with fridge & freezer, a private grill (with propane and tools provided), gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig & French press, water kettle, as well as essential pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Locally roasted coffee grounds as well as Keurig pods, cream, sugar and tea bags are provided. Kitchen is stocked with salt, pepper, oil, and other cooking basics.

Great spot, certainly a hidden gem we will go back to. Just far enough away to feel out in the Hill Country but also 10 minutes to coffee etc. Great spot

The Tree House Mansion was really beautiful and peaceful. I wish that we had more time to enjoy the location and amenities. The place really was peaceful with each amenity and decoration well thought out. The beds were really comfortable. The shower was great and big enough for two. The views were wonderful and everything was easy. We will be back.
Great space! Fit our party of 6 perfectly. The perfect quiet and relaxing space to come back to after hiking Enchanted Rock or after walking through the crowds In Fredericksburg. Had a hiccup with door locks but they were so friendly and very responsive to our concern. Highly recommend this space. Thanks to the owners for great time

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids LOVED the bunk beds and enjoyed the pools. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, lounging on the patio, and the short drive to town if we needed anything. We would love to stay here again!
