Nº 5 - The Skywatcher's Balcony
Blue Sage No. 5 is artistic and playful with a circular entryway, a vaulted living room, lots of windows, and a private rooftop balcony with impressive Hill Country views. It has a well-appointed kitchen, dining area and living room which opens onto a large main-level deck. The bathroom is also on the main level with a flush toilet (people ask...), walk-in rain shower, and a large soak tub under a round window with views to the horizon… and heated tile floors. Up the stairs from the living room is the lofted bedroom with a King bed and ample floor space (for morning yoga). Step out onto the tiled rooftop balcony for some of the most stunning views of the Texas hills.
Other amenities include:
Efficiency kitchen with fridge & freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig & French press, water kettle, as well as all essential pots, pans, utensils & dishes. Locally roasted coffee grounds as well as keurig pods, cream, sugar, and tea bags are provided. Salt, pepper, oil, and some other basics can be found in the kitchen as well. On-site there are also community propane grills with grill tools provided.

We loved our stay here. Super cozy and quiet. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck looking at the view and listening to nature. The kitchen had everything we needed. You can tell they put thought into making our stay comfortable and convenient. Even the paper towels and toilet paper were top notch! The free Tesla (and other EV) chargers were an unexpected and pleasant surprise! It made our trip that much easier. We didn’t get a change to enjoy the shared pool area but it looked very well maintained and put together. Definitely would book here again.

The treehouse we stayed at was absolutely incredible! We loved how close it was to Fredericksburg but felt so far away and distant once you are onsite. Very quiet and relaxing. The cowboy pool area is absolutely wonderful and fun! Everything is so well thought out and clean! The beds are so comfortable too!! This is a very special space, we would love to stay here again someday!!

A beautiful spot in the hill country. Somehow the weather was cool in the mornings and evenings even in late August. We even saw the Milky Way one night. Truly a great restful place with quiet and great amenities.

Me and wife needed a weekend for ourselves to not have much planned and came across this property. It was very close to Fredricksburg downtown area when we wanted to get out and about, as well as close to Enchanted Rock. The property is beautiful and the amenities provided were a big plus. A much needed peaceful and relaxing weekend. We would recommend this place any time. The hosts were awesome.

This place is wonderful! Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. I love it’s only 11 mins from downtown and so peaceful. Cabin 5 is awesome. So clean, so comfortable and so cute ! Me and my husband will definitely be back. Thank you!
