Our twist on the A-frame, Blue Sage No. 2 floats ten feet over a dry creek bed. Helical stairs rise through the center of the space to the lofted king bedroom. On the main floor is a well-appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room with books, board games, and a vinyl record player. The full bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, double vanity with mirrors, flush toilet (people ask) and heated tile floors. This dwelling also has a large private deck with a big Texas Red Oak rising straight through it. Stairs lead down to a private brick patio in the dry creek bed below the treehouse and an outdoor stock tank bathtub for the most adventurous.

Other amenities include: Efficiency kitchen with fridge & freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig & French press, water kettle, as well as all essential pots, pans, utensils & dishes. Locally roasted coffee grounds as well as Keurig pods, cream, sugar and tea bags are provided. Kitchen is stocked with salt, pepper, oil, and other cooking basics.
