Blue Sage No. 7 is a bold and classy design experiment with arches and vaults and a massive soak tub on the tiled rooftop patio with expansive views of the Texas hills. The efficiency kitchen is well-appointed with all the essentials. The King bedroom has pillow views to the horizon. The cozy reading nook has a round window, a chandelier and a pile of pillows. The bathroom has a flush toilet (people ask...), vanity, and large double-head rain shower with nature views, and heated tile floors. The rooftop space is divided between a cozy covered bathing space and an open stargazing patio.
This place was beyond stunning & just like the photos. It was our second time staying at a HoneyTree & we will definitely be back.
This place is in a great location, it’s out in the nature but also not too far from the city. Great for anyone who wants to do some exploration but also wants to have a nice place to come back too. However, if you also just want to relax in the cabin and use the amenities there it would also be a good pick.
We had a really wonderful stay here. Very clean and a great, relaxing space to enjoy our anniversary weekend! We loved the shared pool and the rooftop tub and loungers. We did feel it was a little pricey, but overall worth it, as we really enjoyed the space and would stay here again.
This is such a great place to get holed in for a weekend either solo or as a couple! The details of the house are beautiful and well thought out. Fredricksburg is about 13 minutes away but having to keep your attention around a winding road for wildlife makes it feels longer. It's much more relaxing bringing in groceries before check-in then going back out.
The cabins at Honey Tree are truly something special. Each cabin is unique, and every inch of the place feels thoughtfully designed. Our cabin was cozy and comfortable, with a phenomenal view from both balconies. We had a relaxing and restful stay. We would absolutely visit again.
We stayed at Blue Sage No. 7, and if you’re thinking about it, don’t hesitate! If you’re looking for a romantic, relaxing stay with a unique vibe, this is the place. The rooftop soak tub is a great and unique space where you can relax and soak under the stars, with wide-open Hill Country views during the day. You’ll see a couple of friendly birds, which makes it even more enjoyable. It’s incredibly peaceful and private, exactly what you want for a romantic escape. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The king bed was comfortable, and the bathroom with the rain shower felt spa-like. The record player is a nice touch, I have records myself, so it was great to have some there to enjoy. It’s close enough to town for convenience but far enough to feel secluded and quiet...a perfect balance. We will definitely come back.
The place was amazing. Beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere. The sauna and cold plunge were nice to get the day started and the rooftop tub was perfect for winding down at night. Overall, I highly recommend!
This is the most adorable place I’ve stayed in Fredericksburg! Absolutely gorgeous scenery, decorations, layout, linens plants and everything in the place was perfect and the host thought of everything! We will definitely be back everytime we come to Fredericksburg!!!
