Blue Sage No. 12 is a wonderland of whimsy. On the first level is the well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and living room with a gorgeous reading nook that looks out over the private deck to the hills beyond. The bathroom has a generous double-basin vanity with mirrors, a flush toilet (people ask...), a curved walk-in rain shower, and heated tile floors. From the main level a curved stairway leads up to the lofted bedroom with a 6 foot ensuite soak tub and a plush king bed, both with even more impressive views of the Texas Hill Country.

After a brutal school semester and work schedule, Blue Sage was just what the doctor ordered. Pictures really don't do this place justice and the peace one finds here cannot really be described. There's something about staying here that just energizes you and your spirit. The property is fantastic and the views overlooking the hill country are breathtaking. Our unit had pretty much everything we needed for an extended stay. We never really lacked for anything. It is not even a question if we're coming back, but when. I would definitely recommend this place to family, friends or anyone who is trying to recharge the batteries before heading back into their daily grind.
Loved the property, wished we had stayed a bit longer to really take advantage of all of it. But the sauna was amazing and just sitting on the deck and watching the stars was such a wonderful experience.
Overall a great stay. Very nicely hidden gem in the middle of the Texas Hill Country. Looking forward to returning!
This was a gorgeous place in the Fredericksburg hill country. The upstairs and downstairs had an amazing view of rolling green hills and trees. Even though there are 12 units, our place was extremely private. The pool, sauna, and cold plunge amenities are all nicely dome. Huge pit with tons of firewood for sitting around the camp fire. Highly recommend. AA++++
