Blue Sage No. 3 is one of our most accessible dwellings with a glass overhead door that opens from the bedroom directly onto a large private deck which is anchored to a Texas Red Oak. Upon entering from the step-free boardwalk you will pass through the well-appointed kitchen to the bright, vaulted king bedroom. The bathroom has a flush toilet, a double-sink vanity, a curbless walk-in shower, and heated tile floors.
Other amenities include:
Efficiency kitchen with fridge & freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig & French press, water kettle, as well as all essential pots, pans, utensils & dishes. Locally roasted coffee grounds as well as keurig pods, cream, sugar and tea bags are provided. Salt, pepper, oil and some other basics can be found in the kitchen as well. On-site there are also community propane grills with grill tools provided and a community ice machine.
A beautiful clean place. The place stayed nice and cool during the hot weather. The outdoor patio had plenty of tree coverage to stay cool. I recommend getting your activities done before laying in the bed, it’s so comfortable it’s hard to convince yourself to get out instead of nap. Def worth staying.
This is my favorite place to stay when I go to up go visits . Me and boyfriend always tell our friends about . It’s unique and comfortable and waking up it so comfortable and easy
We went for our anniversary and loved the place! Excellent location near the town but away from the noise! We will definitely return and would love to try the other cabins!

A peaceful place for a getaway with great ambiance and amenities. If you want a convenient spot where it’s close to Main Street and enchanted rock, this is highly recommend!
We very much enjoyed staying at the treehouse. It was set in the lovely hill country, very quiet and tranquil. We will definitly come back again one day.

I came here with my partner and my pug to celebrate my birthday. The location was beautiful and peaceful and everything I wanted in a place to disconnect for a while and just relax. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the breeze and the birdsong. The treehouse was close enough to the town center to not feel bothersome to make the trip, but far enough away to feel like it was in the middle of nowhere. We enjoyed the drive around the area and found a winery nearby that was perfect to spend an afternoon at. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to really just get away from it all. It felt far too soon to leave when the time came and I'm already looking forward to another trip.
