Nº 3 - Twin Oaks Treehome
Blue Sage No. 3 is one of our most accessible dwellings with a glass overhead door that opens from the bedroom directly onto a large private deck which is anchored to a Texas Red Oak. Upon entering from the step-free boardwalk you will pass through the well-appointed kitchen to the bright, vaulted king bedroom. The bathroom has a flush toilet, a double-sink vanity, a curbless walk-in shower, and heated tile floors.
Other amenities include:
Efficiency kitchen with fridge & freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig & French press, water kettle, as well as all essential pots, pans, utensils & dishes. Locally roasted coffee grounds as well as keurig pods, cream, sugar and tea bags are provided. Salt, pepper, oil and some other basics can be found in the kitchen as well. On-site there are also community propane grills with grill tools provided and a community ice machine.

Loved the space, beautiful design and decor! Very peaceful sitting on the balcony listening to the wind blow in the trees with a record on inside. We did have some AC troubles while there, but the hosts were incredibly responsive. They cleared out the drain line on the AC and got us situated with fans. Even in the middle of July we remained relatively cool with the slide up door open allowing the breeze in.

I dont leave reviews bc im to OCD and perfection about things. However, our stay was absolutely amazing, perfect, and outstanding. if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind after experiencing Fredericksburg, this is the place for you. My wife and I most definitely will be back. We have found our slice of heaven in the hill country of texas. Thank yall for everything!!! We greatly appreciate it!!!

A beautiful clean place. The place stayed nice and cool during the hot weather. The outdoor patio had plenty of tree coverage to stay cool. I recommend getting your activities done before laying in the bed, it’s so comfortable it’s hard to convince yourself to get out instead of nap. Def worth staying.

This is my favorite place to stay when I go to up go visits . Me and boyfriend always tell our friends about . It’s unique and comfortable and waking up it so comfortable and easy

We went for our anniversary and loved the place! Excellent location near the town but away from the noise! We will definitely return and would love to try the other cabins!

A peaceful place for a getaway with great ambiance and amenities. If you want a convenient spot where it’s close to Main Street and enchanted rock, this is highly recommend!
