Blue Sage No. 6 is our tallest single-level dwelling with stunning hill country views and a glass overhead door that opens onto a large private deck. Designed for maximum accessibility there are no stairs and 36” clearances throughout — all without sacrificing the adventurous spirit of Blue Sage. The well-appointed kitchen with high vaulted ceilings leads to the King bedroom with views from the pillow to the horizon. The spacious bathroom has a generous vanity and mirror, a curbless walk-in shower, heated tile floors, and a toilet.

Efficiency kitchen with fridge & freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig & French press, water kettle, as well as all essential pots, pans, utensils & dishes. Locally roasted coffee grounds as well as keurig pods, cream, sugar and tea bags are provided. Salt, pepper, oil and some other basics can be found in the kitchen as well. On-site there are also community propane grills with grill tools provided and a community ice machine.
